Topshop All About Me Lipstick Review

Whilst looking around Topshop with a friend today, I saw a clear make-up bag that I thought would make a perfect pencil case. En-Route the till to pay, I spotted the make-up section, which obviously I had to look at. I love Topshop make-up as much as the next person, and every time I go in I look at the make-up, plan to buy it, then always change my mind. God knows why. However, today I was looking at the lipsticks in particular and just fell in love with this colour. I've been lusting after Infared for a while now, but when I saw All About Me, I just loved it. So, the make-up bag or the lipstick? Pffft, school came second to make-up, so the lipstick it was.

All About Me is a beautiful bright, almost neon, fuchsia pink with blue undertones. It has a matte finish, which I adore. It reminds me of MAC Girl About Town however more red where Girl About Town has more purple hues. The packaging of Topshop lipsticks feels very high-end, matte metal casing that clicks into place with a very satisfying snap, but still has the look of Topshop with the grey smudged lines around the base. The top and bottom of the casing is flat, which makes it ideal for storage.

The lipstick applies very nicely, it does pull on the lips a bit if you don't apply lip balm first, however once on it stays put and isn't drying. The quality does compare to that of MAC, and at £8, its almost half the price.

I'm excited to try more Topshop make-up, especially the lipsticks and highlighters.
Do you own any Topshop make-up? And if so, what do you think of it?
